Determines rate of delay in

milliseconds for sending macros.

This command used when

interfacing with slow systems.

COMMAND: A2CxDx<CR>

A2 = Op Code

Cx = hex value for low nibble

Dx = hex value for high nibble

Range = 00 - FF; Where 00 is no

delay and each increment in

count equals 10 mS

<CR> = terminate command (0D hex)
